Refund Policy - the basics

At Crumbelievable Confections, we take pride in delivering high-quality, delicious baked goods. Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are final. However, your satisfaction is very important to us. If something’s not right, we’re here to help.

❌ No Refunds or Returns
Because our items are perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been shipped or delivered. We cannot resell or reuse returned food items, so all sales are considered final.

✅ What We Can Do
We will offer a replacement or store credit in the following cases:

You received the wrong item.

Your order was not delivered due to an error on our part or our shipping provider's.

To be eligible for a replacement or store credit, you must:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide a description of the issue and, if applicable, photos of the product and packaging.

📦 Shipping Issues
If your package is marked as “delivered” but you didn’t receive it:

First, check with neighbors or your local post office.

If the issue persists, contact us—we’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery confirmation.

📝 Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, as long as they haven’t begun processing. After that, we may not be able to accommodate cancellations due to our baking and shipping schedule.
